This product is a quaternary ammonium salt cationic polymer with multiple functions including decolorization, flocculation, and COD degradation, specifically designed for treating colored wastewater.

Application Fields:

1、Primarily used for decolorization treatment of high-colority wastewater from dye factories, suitable for treating wastewater containing reactive, acidic, and disperse dyes.

2、Also applicable for treating industrial wastewater from textiles, printing and dyeing, pigments, inks, papermaking, etc.

3、This product can also serve as a reinforcing agent, sizing agent, fixing agent, and anionic trash catcher in papermaking.

4、Appearance: Colorless to light-colored viscous liquid

5、Solid Content: ≧ 50%

6、pH (30% aqueous solution): 2.5-5.0

Usage Method:

1、Dilute the product with 10-40 times water, then directly add it to the wastewater. Stir for a few minutes before sedimentation or air flotation to obtain a clear decolorized liquid.

2、The pH of the wastewater should first be adjusted to 6-10 for optimal results.

3、When wastewater has high colority and COD, it can be used in combination with polyaluminum chloride, but the two should not be mixed. This helps reduce treatment costs. The order of adding polyaluminum chloride (before or after) should be determined based on experiments and treatment processes.

Storage and Packaging

This product is non-flammable and non-explosive. It should be stored at room temperature and kept out of direct sunlight.

Packaged in plastic barrels, each containing 25 kg, 50 kg, etc.
